As a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology, I provide evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy under the supervision of licensed clinical psychologists. Depending on the treatment goals, therapy may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and self-compassion-based interventions, interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused approaches, and other scientifically supported treatments.
